To provide high-acuity disaster response and trauma staff augmentation to restore capacity and maintain patient safety standards in collaboration with local community hospital partners. 


NETTRANS operates as a DIRECT Federal Contractor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). 


We are specialized in trauma focus, rapid deployment operational model, unique tiered compensation structure, and a strategic commitment to recruiting recent graduates and early-career talent.


We STRICTLY adhere to HIPAA Privacy Rule (42 U.S.C. § 1320d), constant monitoring of the Federal Government Recorded System, and aggressive prosecution under statutes like 18 U.S.C. § 1030 for unauthorized access as well as any other applicable city, county, and state regulation or requirement that must be met.


A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher is required for all clinical roles. We explicitly prioritize the recruitment of recent graduates and early-career professionals 


A Tiered Compensation Model is utilized: 

  • $100/hour for Logistics Support; 
  • $200/hour for Nursing Candidates (Pre-Licensure/Active BSN Candidates); and
  • $400/hour for Field Trauma Nurses (BSN+ actively deployed).


NETTRANS manages all mission logistics. This includes the direct provision of flights, hotel accommodations (lodging), and ground transportation (rental cars). Personnel are provided a customized Per Diem allotment for expenses (food, tolls, incidentals) that is dynamically calculated based on current market rates and regional cost-of-living indices across the United States.


  • Logistics (rapid deployment/demobilization of infrastructure); 
  • Nursing Candidates (structured clinical observation and mentorship); 
  • Field Trauma Nurses (BSN+) (critical staff augmentation and life-saving patient care).


Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher. NETTRANS recruitment strategy focuses on acquiring recent graduates and early-career nurses to staff our trauma divisions. 


All assignments are strictly voluntary, and staff maintain the professional right of refusal for any deployment without penalty.


The AI system meticulously logs clinical experience and performance metrics to ensure duties align precisely with the staff member's documented scope of practice and self-assessed comfort level Nursing Candidates (Pre-Licensure)Engaged in structured clinical observation and high-acuity mentorship. Candidates participate in learning and observation rotations, shadowing experienced Registered Nurses from NETTRANS and affiliated local community healthcare facilities.


NETTRANS offers robust financial commitment to professional growth, including FULL college tuition reimbursement for actively enrolled staff and coverage for all necessary federal-level certifications and clearances (e.g., FEMA, DHS, NIH, CDC). We fund all required drug screenings and re-annual certifications to ensure full operational capacity. Personnel also gain invaluable, high-acuity hands-on field experience.


Pre-deployment lead time, the crucial role of Site Operations personnel (Logistics) in creating operational readiness before clinical staff arrive, and rapid post-mission teardown.
